This course enables the child to learn a variety of skills such as balancing, climbing, jumping, running, throwing and catching. Infants learn to participate in a group, respond to instructions while developing confidence and self-esteem. These fun filled lessons are an invaluable start to any child’s education.

Playing multiple sports gives an individual the opportunity to develop multiple muscles and improve skill sets that their primary sport may not focus on. Multiple-sport students also show improved athletic performance. Cross-training (using different muscles and skills) leads to better athleticism, better leadership and teamwork skills, and better mental development, and makes it easier for multiple-sport students to pick on new skills. Being involved in more sports leads to character development as well.

It's a high-performance training facility that offers a wide variety of programs for athletes of all ages, sports and developmental skill levels for fitness enthusiasts and for individuals who are looking to make a serious commitment to their long-term health and want assistance to reach their own individual fitness goals. With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, each client regardless of training program selected is provided with unique programming and the professional hands-on coaching necessary to reach their athletic and fitness related goals.

The 5 components of physical fitness that are most important, directly related to one's health, and that are : 1) Cardiovascular Endurance 2) Muscular Strength 3) Muscular Endurance 4) Flexibility 5) Body Composition. Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and more specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is achieved through correct nutrition, exercise, hygiene and rest. We take test of students twice a year, in the Beginning and end of school curriculum year, so that we can see how they've progressed through the year.

Exploring new places has many great benefits in terms of life experience. It works wonders on your perception of life and on your understanding of your inner self. It enables you to experience the sweet feeling of freedom and learn new things. Adventure training and recreation promote active learning through direct personal experience and offer excitement, fun and adventure within a framework of safety. Methods are used that includes skills-focused learning, problem solving, team building and self-reliant journeys and activities, residential experience under supervision of our trained staff.

Building self-confidence, self-esteem & to make a strong relationship with the environment is motive of our Adventure Training.

Academy Program:

This is our after school program and includes 6 hours of weekly training for a student, in a sport of his or her choice. A nutritional plan is chalked out and the student is prepared for match play.

Prodigy Program:

The Prodigy program is designed to sharpen the skills of high performing students. It is an intense program and includes an additional individualized four sessions with a specialist coach on weekends.

Genius Program::

The genius program's goal is to nurture exciting young talent and to empower them to compete at the highest levels of their sport. This program is targeted at peak performing individuals.
